Transubstantiation




This was my most recent sculpture.

Materials:

unsalted butter, granulated white sugar, Valrhona 66% cacao extra bitter dark chocolate, Callebaut semisweet chocolate, Scharffen Berger 70% cacao bittersweet dark chocolate, unbleached all-purpose flour, eggs, unsweetened cocao powder, red food coloring, salt, heavy cream, oil-based raspberry flavoring, raspberry liqueur, powdered sugar, corn starch, meringue powder, raspberry jam, frozen raspberries, fresh blackberries, cream cheese, lemon juice, lemon extract, syrup made from tangelo zest, vanilla extract, vanilla bean paste, instant coffee granules, fondant, marzipan, silver dragée pearls, blue food coloring, aztec gold lustre dust, georgia peach lustre dust, copper lustre dust, readymade three-tiered cake stand, silver foil and white greaseproof cupcake lining papers, silver greaseproof paper doilie
